components are C-capsanthin,
Capsorubin and Capsaicin
etc. It is dark-red oily
liquid, being used as food
colorant, as food
seasonings, and also as
the raw material of
producing C-apsanthin.
The product is rich in β-carotene and vitamin C, protein, amino-acid, possessing the function of health protection.It is qualified for the international standard of FAO/WHO.
